PROS: It was a fantastic car at a really great price. Returning the car was a breeze. I'll definitely rent from them again.

CONS: However.....like at least on other reviewer, I was surprised with a $1000 hold which can't be done on a Debit card. I'm used to having 2-3 times the rental amount placed on hold, but this was 10x the cost of the 2 day rental. I was a little leery after providing a $1000 hold on a car, that the desk agent didn't provide a copy of known previous damages and no one was in the garage to do a walk around, so I took about 10 minutes to take many pictures. But again, return was easy, and the hold credited back in less than a day, which has not always been the case with other companies.
