It's no secret that they put on a show. They offer fresh ingredients and cook it in front of everyone. The wait time was okay. I do understand that it's dependent on how many guests walk in at that specific time frame. They're very consistent on food quality. Whichever location I go to, the taste is similar. The one thing that varies for me and most importantly the reason I can't give that last star, is the cook. The one we had was "not quite there yet." Though he did interact with everybody on the table, did the train thing with the onions and the egg into the hat but it wasn't seamless. This is one thing that I've noticed over the years.
