The Summit by Norstar Apartments at 621 Cowboys Parkway, Irving, Texas.

I used to live there for 3 years and everything was good until the new manager i believe her name is R...da. She is a very rude lady and it seems she does not like Asians at all. She does not know how to deal with tenants and though you are renting the apartment she still thinks she owns it. I have been a tenant my life and know my rights. When i left the apartment complex she sent me a huge invoice for the stuff that was not right at the time of move in. Thank God i had all the pics etc at the time of move that saved my life. Owner really needs to take action on it. This is a good place to live if the office staff gets replaced................
