Not really sure what the hell they're thinking. So many things wrong with this place. They took out the self checkouts, claiming that they were constantly breaking down. So, out with the four self checkouts and in with four additional"Express" checkouts that are closed most of the time. While a few miles down the road, Kroger has added fourteen self checkouts.

Then they have a grand piano that they put eight foot away from two of those lanes, so most of the time you can't even here what the clerk is saying. And some of the piano players the employee are novices at best.

My question is who are the idiots running this place?
