    The sales lady and salesman was very rude to us. Had attitude issue. If you want to go to zales. Please don't come to the one in the Irving mall. Seems like they don't want to be doing their jobs. Go the the one in grapevine outlet they are really nice and willing to help you.

    I went expecting some sort of help from the guy who worked there. The sales rep didn't appear interested in helping didn't bother to recommend anything. They're not getting my money.
